King Ubu

Southwestern College Theatre Arts presents King Ubu, adapted from Alfred Jarry and devised by the acting ensemble. Directed by Ruff Yeager, this darkly comic satire follows a grotesque, power-hungry tyrant whose greed and cruelty plunge his country into chaos. Performances run May 19–22 at 7:30 PM and May 23 at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM in the Studio Theater at the SWC Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $15 general admission (plus applicable fees). Recommended for mature audiences ages 16+.
